It's not the battery as instruments turn on and I replaced that a few months ago.

when I turn the key I hear something turn on like a fuel pump, but the starter doesn't make a sound. Where should I start looking.

Any advice is appreciated.

Just so you know if the battery has plates that have split apart inside you can still have enough juice to power the radio gauges lights etc ,and not have enough power to turn over the starter motor. So always test with another battery. Also like they said check and replace your battery cable ends and check the cables, I have been thru both these problems and these fixes worked for me

I don't think it is the battery. Jumper cables didn't help when it did this.
