Hey guys I just bought a 98 xj it's the very basic model. A guy at the tire shop says it looks like a Government purchase.. (basic no power anything).. Perfect for what I wanted. Anyways I was wondering if there was a way I could hide a switch somewhere as an Anti-Theft switch maybe between the hot lead on the starter and battery somehow. What are your thoughts? I know I could put a battery disconnect switch on it but I don't want be resetting the power to the computer and radio all the time.. I know there are lots of High-Tech alarm systems and stuff out there but I wanted to keep it pretty budget friendly and simple! Any help would be appreciated! It is a manual trans if that makes a difference? Thanks!!
