Personally - You can't go wrong with Mopar (if you can find and afford one).
I've had ok luck with the Autozone special.
Make sure you check/clean/tighten all your grounds and cables if you haven't done so already and then have your starter bench tested before replacing. Also while you're at it make sure the battery is in good shape.
I had a 00 TJ with 302k miles and 18 years later it still started right up with the original starter in it.
