I know it sounds crazy, but it is exactly what its doing. My Check Engine Light came on so i checked it. It said O2 Sensor 2, Bank 1. That sensor is brand new and still under warranty, so im gonna take it back and get a new one. I dont think the O2 sensor would have anything to do with it stalling while facing uphill or turning left though. What do you guys think?

 

fuel pump is failing is my guess...or plugged filter.

 

This happened on my son's 97 Grand Cherokee. I dropped the gas tank and replaced the fuel pump/sending unit. It had little bits of rubber from the feet of the pump that appeared to be clogging the inlet and the screen had come off.
