stalling in rain
Ok so this happened again yesterday. When I drive thru deep puddles(just normal driving.. nothing crazy...lol) my jeep will stall as soon as I attempt to turn. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes then start back up again and be fine. Whats getting wet and what can I do to prevent it?

One primary suspect is the distributor cap. Consider replacing it.
And why not a full tuneup while you're at it. Plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter.

However anything in your ingition system can cause it to stall when wet, dizzy, coil, starter, alternator. But the starter is usually only suspect if it is submerged. Alternator is usually only suspect if it is very very wet but they can be touchy sometimes. Dizzy will not tolerate hardly any water/moisture and if it gets wet inside even once chances are you cracked it. When you replace the cap you may want to seal the outside since they don't have gaskets and make sure the breather on top has the little black plastic cover on it.

Have a look at the cowl/hood seal. It can catch water on it, then when you turn it runs off - right down onto the crank sensor connector!
Open the connector, put dielectric grease on it, put it back together.
Replacing the rubber cowl seal helps too.
