Default Stalling problems!

So today i drove my jeep its a 1993 cherokee 4.0 4x4. After driving for like 20 min and reached about 210 temp it stalled on the road while driving and did not start again, got a tow home. Not the first time this happens.. About two weeks ago i went a longer drive, went to the lake so about 1 hour of drive and when i got to the lake it stalled and did not start, got a tow home. I put on a Mopar cps sensor i took off a jeep at the salvage yard, mabey thats the problem not sure? Ive done spark plugs, spark wires, coil, cap and rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter, new battery cables, oil change, tranny flush, t-case flush, not sure what to do next im just a diy guy and trying to save money and not take to a repair shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated tips tricks anything at this point. Sorry for the long post but it is necessary! Thank you all

There may be resistance in some circuit/plug aggravated by heat.

I would unplug every connector I see under the hood, spray it out with contact cleaner and plug it back in.

Close, but no cigar... yet Inside of the fuel rail wiring harness, there is a junction where 1 green/orange wire that comes from the ASD relay joins up to about 6 others. With age, the connection becomes shoddy and will cause the fuel injectors to cut off when the connection gets hot, even though spark is present and the injectors are seemingly getting a pulse that can be read with a multimeter. The best way to fix this is to get a soldering iron and solder the wires together, then use heat shrink wrap to prevent corrosion. When you get her running again, give the wiring harness a squeeze and see if it cuts the Jeep off. If it does, then there's your issue. Good luck!
