Stalling issue

Stalling issue
Hello everyone.
Recently me jeep has developed a problem with stalling. This usually happens once the vehicle is warmed up and i am idling at maybe a stop sign or a street light. today it was even worse i was costing down through town and i had to shift to neutral and start the vehicle 2-3 different times

does anyone have any ideas on what this issue may be?
