Stalling issue

Stalling issue
Help.
97 Cherokee 4.0 idles rough at stop and stalls upon acceleration.
Tried so far on advice from others (bad move), in this order
- New fuel pump assembly
- Cleaned and then replaced IAC valve
- Replaced manifold gasket - this was done after testing by spraying starting fluid along gasket. Idle severely affected when I hit #6 cylinder. Still does it after new gasket.
