I'm sitting in the middle of the Parkin lot at work right not stuck cuz my jeep doesn't want to run...I pulled out of my parking spot and as soon as I went from park to reverse I started getting some rough idling, then got about 10 ft in drive before I shut her off. My oil pressure guage dropped suddenly to zero and my check gauges light just flashed on...iono what to do...I had just changed out my oil pump along with a lot of other stuff but I'm tryna get home without towing my jeep...any advice

That's a tricky question. Somthing simple you can do is drain your oil and run a magnet through it to see if you have any metal particles. Since you will have the oil pan off you can inspect part of your bottom end for any damage. A more thorough approach is pulling you head and inspecting your cylinder walls for scaring. Just my .02 cents, I'm sure some others will chime in as the day goes on. Sorry for your troubles, hopefully everything will be good

0 oil pressure and you ran it for 3 miles?
Junkyard or Craigslists blocks are going to be $300-$600. The factory gauges might not be accurate but they do work.

If you just installed the oil pump I have a feeling that the pickup tube came off. I have read on here that many have put a new oil pump and had to reinstall the pickup tube. Some have also put a small spot weld to keep it from falling off again.
This makes logical sense. You said engine was running rough and shaking, that could have caused an improperly fitted pick up tube to come loose. When you replaced pump did you replace the tube too? How did you press fit it into the pump? Did you bump it when putting oil pan back on? I always use blue lok-tite and make sure I have clearance from oil pan.
