Belts in good condition, new battery, I dont believe any of the pulleys have drag and the AC compressor is disco'd... So is my belt squeal from the alternator? Right after I got the battery I left my lights on for a couple hours and when I started it, the voltage was down to like 10-11 volts and the belt squealed incessantly. When the volts returned, the squealing stopped. Now when I start it, the volts will be down to 12-13. Also, engaging the fan at speed 3 and 4 causes squeal.

Ok, thanks. I do feel confident in the belts tightness. And the issue arose after i left headlights on for a bit. Wouldn't this have put more strain on the alternator and is why my voltage is low when first started? It's got about 1" play in total. (1/2" each way)

I had my belt squeaking any time my air conditioning came on, due to the clutch putting extra resistance on the belt when it was engaged. Maybe I need to replace my a/c clutch, but it isn't bad enough to where tightening the belt didn't solve the problem. It wouldn't hurt to tighten yours, it could be the same type of deal.
Also those seem like normal numbers for the alternator, but you could test that with a voltmeter.
