Default Speedometer / odometer problem

My speedomter and odometer has gone out. So I changed my speed sensor. Pretty easy to do to. But it still doesnt work. I dont know what else to do. Does anyone have any ideas on what to try next?

IT would be much appreciated

How do you even begin to replace that. When i take the speedo off all thats left is the little rod that attaches to the speed sensor.

I just noticed my reset button doesnt work on the odometer. This means its not the speed sensor right? Or would it not work if the sensor is working? Leads me to think that particular guage is bad. Any ideas?

The speedo head is the gauge. A whole cluster from the boneyard would be the easiest and cheapest route.

Is it cable driven?

I believe a 92 is cable driven. Cable driven speedos where used up until 93. (I think) It might be a bad cable or a kink in it. Theyre pretty cheap to buy new.
Does the tripometer(reset button) work on the new gauge cluster you got?

Default PCU

The speed sensor goes thru the PCU to the guage cluster and controls the cruise if you have one try cleaning the connectors good on everything includind the computer and use some dielectric grease when you put them back together

It says above the ash receiver I am guessing that is the ash tray
