Default Speedo gear
My 98 4.0 threw a code, telling me that the speedo doesn't work. What problems could this cause?

When my speedometer stopped working, it threw a code. Odometer stopped working, also. It also affected the temperature reading on my overhead console. Had a new speed sensor installed, all fixed!

Check the speedo at the tc housing. Make sure wire is connected. May need a new one.
