I believe from 99+ it is NGK, and 98 below champion.

My 99 takes champion as per the underhood sticker. The NGK plugs are for the coil pack engines.

This is correct 99 and older is champion and 00-01 would be NGK.

MrAnderson1987,

What does your firewall emission sticker say? It won't say Champion or NGK, only a plug number.

Do I have to unbolt the fuel rail to get to my plugs?

No. There are 4 (I think) bolts that hold your coil packs on. Remove the 4 bolts. Pretty easy.

No, they are on opposite sides of the engine.
Unbolt & remove the coil pack, swap the plugs, replace and fasten the coil pack. 10 - 15 min job.

... There's four bolts on the thing I'm talking about, maybe it's not my fuel rail

Your fuel rail bolts are on the drivers side. The coil pack bolts are on the passenger side.

Remove the four bolts from the bar that the spark plugs are on right? Thought that was the fuel rail

Nope. That is your fuel rail. Look on the other side.
