Default Spark from block to fan

their is a spark jumping from the harmonic balancer to the fan every 2-3 seconds, I put a ground from the firewall to the intake, but still sparks?

It takes a LOT of voltage to jump a 1.5 inch gap. Your coil is not capable of doing that.

It's got to be static electricity. (That can generate far more voltage than your coil.)

I'd guess your harmonic balancer is rubbing on something.

Here is a viedo, it's really bad but the gap is more like 1/2 inch. Not as big as I thought

If you stab the gas does the belt squeal? It's either a high voltage leak from the ignition or static discharge from the belt / balancer rubber insulator.

Wow! That's pretty cool.

I'm leaning toward a static buildup.

That is the weirdest thing I have seen. It's definitely an electric type of spark, not a friction kind of spark. I really have no clue of what is causing that.

Static buildup on serpentine belt. Replace belt and use a Krikit tensioner to make sure it's properly tightened.

Is this associated each time you see a spark?
