I would run a test on the TPS when it is cold and when it is hot. There could be some heat related tolerance issues that are causing it to bog down. I would also clean the throttle body wile you are in there.
I cleaned the whole throttle body, all of the sensors with the correct cleaners and also replaced the TPS and how do you run a test on the TPS? thank you though i appreciate the feedback

1996 jeep Cherokee 4.0 ho and I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and the pressures are where they need to be. it runs good idles well, just after a while of driving the throttle goes down but doesn't put anything to the wheels it just stalls itself out so I let off the gas and slightly push the throttle to keep myself going
