I have a 2000 limited last week it would run fine but when I pulled up to a light it would die. So I put a CPS on from the dealer. Seemed to fix problem sorta. At the same time I swapped out my 242 case for a 231. Yesterday on way home it started to miss abit not bad but diff. noticable. This morning the miss was worse and at times felt like it was only running on 3 cylinders then get better and worse again. Mainly whrn under load when it was the worst. I changed plugs about 10k ago. It has the coil packs not wires and distributer. What sgould I be looking at next?

 

Verify GOOD fuel pressure (31psi) and GOOD spark.

Go from there.

Spark seems good I cant check fuel press but seems good at valve on rail. I checked all connections and pulled a plug it looked good. Any ideas?

 

Ok whent and bought a fuel press tester today and I have 48 psi at rail. In driving around today I noticed that when its cold it runs like crap super bad. When it warms up it runs alot better. Still has a slight mis and a pop in the intake when you get on the throtal.
