i finally got it to pass emissions, and now, after a wheeling/scouting trip, i have this horrible squeak coming from the rear (cant pinpoint which side.. so high pitched that it sounds like both) that seem to go away at a certain level of engine load and speed as well as crazy loud rumbly vibes from the rear-end.. i grabbed a hold of the rear driveshaft and shook it HARD with no wobble or signs real wear... also, after i park her i can go to a back tire, put my boot up on the top sidewall, shove it hard and i hear a decent click/clunk?? i think ive scratched all the hair off my forehead..

Did you have a lot of hair on your forehead to begin with? I have eyebrows and that's about it in that area.
As for your issue, try tightening the crap out of your lug nuts to start. They may very well have worked themselves loose while wheeling.
