Default Solid diff cover

Dumb question but looking into solid diff covers and they have a higher fill plug so u can add more fluid. Again dumb question but whats the benefiy of having more fluid?

IMO
There isn't a benefit of having more fluid. Too much fluid and things cant move properly due to pressure. Your engine will hold more oil too. Do you fill it up to the brim of the valve cover? Best bet is to stick with factory specs.
