I noticed that my break lights on my taillights were not working, but my driving lamps and back up lights are not. So I'm wondering what could cause that i already checked the fuses.

The second part is, while i was pulling the taillights off to check the bulbs i noticed a couple random wires that have been spliced into my break lights. so im wondering why this would be. He's some pictures. thank you

 

Looks like someone did a backyard trailer wire job. The wire job might have a short. Have you check the brake light switch yet?

 

I would take the spliced wires back out and just match up the factory wires again

 

yea that was i was thinking a backyard trailer setup and no i haven't checked the switch yet. im going to take them out and put them back to factory.
