I Believe it is the late 70's front springs or the ZJ front springs give you like 2"

as for leafs:
s10 or dodge dakota i dont think it matters what year

the ford leafs might work you just got to make sure there the same width, also for uses spring over set ups like the XJ were s10 and dakotas are spring under and thats what gives you the lift

I did this, the bastard pack that is.

Depending on lift you'll have to mix and match your stock pack with the s10 cut down springs. Youll also have to redrill the xj leafs to use the bigger centerpins, its a pain in the ***, but so worth it.

You want pre 96 S10 heavy duty rear springs. They have four leaves. Use the bottom three leaves with your main, which you don't necessarily have to remove, for three inches of lift. Cut the eyes off the S10 main and use it for 4". Add two 2.5X4X12" plates drilled for the center pin for 5" They flex well.

Sorry, my bad. that is 2.5X4X.5" plates for a one inch spacer done the right way. It will be just like part of the spring because the center pin goes through it.
