Default Smoke at idle

I have a 95 cherokee country 4.0 and it started smoking white just recently. It can only be seen if you get at the right angle/ sunlight. Its not clouds and clouds of smoke. We just replaced the header and header gasket because header was cracked. While we had intake off there was no signs of a head gasket. What else could it be ? is it time for a new jeep or is it easy/cheap to fix no coolent levels are dropping and oil was just changed no real oil loss. When i start the jeep and go to take off it does lope alittle like its getting to much fuel. could it be a vaccume line or a sensor ?

Check and see if theres any oil on or around the valve cover or maybe on the side of the engine somewhere. If there is that may be whats smoking. If not then Idk.
