SMOG!!
my check engine light will not eluminate when it is in the on positon with out the engine running. and that auto fails it for smog all the fuses are good what else could it be and yes i know to check the light bulb but what else might it be and just to make sure what fuse runs that light system? it is a 1996 if that helps at all?
