If faced with just those options I would choose option #2.

#3 here. Mainly due to being able to re-use the shackles when you go larger and the pro-comp shocks are poopy.

I hate to mention this but jeep creepz has a 3" lift new front coil springs (No Pucks) add a leaf in rear and (4) hydro shocks $255.00 and $40.00 shipping... Total $$295.00 delivered! Now whats the best way to go? I think new coils are better that adding pucks to worn coil springs. and Add a leaf over shackles plus (4) Hydra shocks. Am I missing somethng besides my sanity!

Sounds like this:
http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_3.html

I would go with roughy country and order directly from them becuase they have really good customer service, great warranty, and ship everything fast.

Yeah that is the same kit. I would go with that kit also. It is cost effective. I also don't like pucks with used coils. Cheaper isn't always a good thing, unless you are planning to go big real soon. If you go on ebay you can usually get the same kit, but with less shipping.
