Default Small Interior Fix Question.

small problem when i switch gears below the shifter ****. the bottem peices below the shifter **** to the right of where it indicates the gear ( P,R,D, etc.) sticks. For example when i start it up in the mourning. Switch it to drive, after letting her warm up of course, it will stick when it from park, and you can see under the stem of the **** into what i belive in the transfer case. Any ideas on what to do about this. I do live in new england its like 20 degrees right now so maybe there freezing up. Sorry about writing without and method im alittle buzzed. But im VERY appreciative of the help.

LOL, i know what you mean with it sticking.. i pulled it off and then yanked out one peice of those sliders.. Now it works great but with a lil hole.. Or you can try and clean them but i had no luck doing so.

Also for those that read this later,, be a lil more specific.. The plastic looking sliders that are at the bottom of the shifter.. Next to P,D,R etc.. Correct??

Your shifter handle might not be seated properly. Use a rubber mallet to press it onto the stick. If you go too far you'll be able to shift without depressing the brake.
