Sludge build up
Ok so I was looking on my motor and seen a lot of oil build up. I took my Valve cover off and it has some pretty good build up. I have come to notice the on the rockers the oil is like a light color but it's not milky but also not see though like clean oil. I took the dip stick out and the oil looks like it's still fresh it starts up fine idles fine great throttle response no over heating no smoke no lost of coolant. But on the bottom of the dip stick I have also notice that the very tip has what seems to be sludge also. I'm not sure what to do but I need help or she's gone thanks for the help if any is givin.

Ok I will try that also I have hearing a lot about this ATF in the oil I'm not to sure I'm following that too well. I'm hearing a lot of 300 miles 200 miles heck some say 3000 miles and keep doing it till it's as clean as I want it.

ATF has less detergent than motor oil. It does have some dispersants, but most of the cleaning it does is due to the simple fact it's thin. Years ago we used it to clean up oil sludge, but motor oil back then had little to no detergent.
Run the Rotella and MMO. You can leave it in there your normal oil change interval unless it gets excessively dirty.

5 quarts of Rotella 15-40 with 1 quart of Marvel Mystery Oil, using a Napa Gold filter.
Monitor the progress through the oil filler hole. You'll be amazed.
If your present oil is clean, drain a quart out and put the MMO in now if you wanna save some money. Good oil filter is mandatory!!!!

I might add that during your clean-out, change the oil filter at least once between oil changes. The Rotella and MMO will get the crud moving pretty quick and it ends up in the filter. What ever you do, don't cheap out and use Fram oil filters.
If you are going to start by just adding MMO to your existing oil, change the filter now.

And on top of my valve cover the to check valves the one near the fire wall it don't let air in or out and I can't even get it off the cover what's the name of them two so I can get new ones. And how long should I run the mmo.

Do you have the horizontal filter or the straight down filter? If you have the straight down filter you'll have to talk to cruiser54 about the large filter use.
If you have the horizontal filter you can go with a Wix 51515 filter. It's a little larger than the standard filter.
If you have the straight down filter you can change it to the horizontal setup like this:

Rear fitting (CCV w/Orifice) is part number 53009241
Front fitting (Fitting Assembly w/o Orifice) is part number 53009243
Check with O'reilly Auto Parts, Autozone, etc., for these fittings as well. I think Dorman makes them.

WIX 51515, Motorcraft FL-1A (this is a really good filter for the price), Purolator PureOne PL30001 (or regular Purolator L30001). Note: These are all filters for an "old" Ford 5.0L V8 if you look up a 90s F150/E150 with a 5.0L V8 that will be the "oversized" filter for the 4.0L I6. Again this assumes you have the horizontal filter mount on your engine (1991 or newer).
For Filters in general Wix/Napa Gold and Purolator PureOne are both very good and reasonably priced. Bosch, Mobil 1, K&N, RoyalPurple, etc. are also good but tend to be a bit overpriced, especially if you're cleaning gunk out of your engine and are going to change it early.
