I have a heard of this rumor but still unsure if true. I heard if the slip yoke eliminator shaft was installed you could use the front driveshaft as the rear. Any truth to this? Any one done this before.

I have a 93 sport with s advanced adapter SYE on my NP-231. I've been using a front drive shaft for the rean for a long time. It works great and bolts right it. Plug and Play.

The front DS for rear works good up to 4" lift, any higher and you run the center slide of ds to its limits...not good.
There are different lengths of XJ AND ZJ(Grand Cherokee) driveshafts that will work.
I found going to NAPAonline (for research only...way too expensive), they have all the lengths (collapsed and extended). Just have to match up what you need.
