I have had to replace mine but never gotten a bad one. Doesn't mean that you couldn't get a bad one.

I just replaced it w a new clutch. Got 600 miles on it and its making a noise like the throwout bearing is bad. The slave has a bearing internally right?. When I press clutch pedal in noise goes away.

when you replaced the clutch did you replace the throw out bearing? It's typically a good idea to replace the throw out bearing when you replace the clutch as you already have it that far apart. I know that with mine my throw out is going bad and I still have the original clutch... will need to replace mine soon.
Its better to get a seal kit and do it your self. Reason why? On reman kits they bore out the inside and use standard size seal kits. Leave a gap for leaks. Remove the c-clip, clean out the inside with emrory cloth and install the new seal kit.
