Okay so im about to attempt doing my rear main seal replacement, my question is what do I torque down the rear main bearing cap to(the cap that holds the bottom of the rear main seal in?
What are the suggested torque specs for this peace? I was told 80ft pounds of torque but just wanna make sure so I don't strip anything or snap anything I wish I had a FSM but unfortunately I dont...
Also anyone know the part #s for a new oil pan gasket and rear main seal for a 88 Cherokee?
Thanks any help would be great
