My Cherokee is a daily driver with a 4" lift. I had Pro Comp ES 3000 shocks on there and the ride was very stiff. After a couple years I switched to Monroe Sensa Trac. When I took the ES 3000's off, three of them were seized, they didn't move. The Sensa Trac shocks are great for the daily drive.

Rustys offroad sells them for 33 bucks apiece, thats what Im running and like them just fine, but to be honest I havnt ran any other shocks on my XJ so I dont have much experience to base that off of, here is the link..
