Im lifting my jeep 3" in the next few weeks and had my mind set on getting 31" bfg all terrain tires. However, I came across a deal on a set of used 31" tires with 80-90% tread. They are Dunlop Rover Touring LT and he only wants $200 for the set. Does anybody know how these tires are?

If you are lifting the Jeep and looking at those BFG's I'm assuming you intend to wheel it... If that's the case, the Dunlops are not the right tire. Even if you are lifting just for looks the Dunlops are still not the right tire.

if your jeep is a project still .. may be a wise choice $-wise , for testing .. or just buy them & resell

i bought new AT tires .. found a heep of problems elsewhere since .. hopin I got most of it nailed though .. hopin .. hopin .. prayin i just saved engine from certain death with major coolant flushes / new rad .. Im a bit worried head gasket is toast .. not sure .. but wishin i wlda bought used tires til i felt complete comfortable with everything else

theres my 2 cents .. at least i saved $200, not buying top of line ATs .. a little room for buying more other parts comfortably .. I bought Wildtracs .. theyre super meaty, no howling on highway, so good so far



if you get those tires / installed cheap .. run em while fixin up the lift .. could probbly sell them for what you paid after all that .. go for it .. use em for now, tire market is strong for truck tires .. Ive had zero luck finding a matching used 31" tire set .. or they get bought quick .. or bald .. you in denver? I wld buy them just to resell.. no kidding
