So my shifte for my ax 15 is broken the threads came off I if have a short rod to grab and shift from I was at te junk yard looming for a new fuel tank but they punch holes in them all. I found a Dakota with a 5 speed I took the shifter as the trans looked like an ax here a what I have do you think it will fit ? It looks different than what I remember my ax having

 

It fits just needs a rebend to be perfect

 

It's pretty big
