I'm looking at 2" spacers in the front and 2" shackles in back. My leaf springs aren't sagging now, and I've heard of running into problems with shackles. Anything I need to think about first?

I've heard from some people aal is a better choice, and from others that shackles are....... i realize full packs are best, but they're expensive.

Stock Cherokee leafs really don't like shackles. They tend to invert with any load on them. That being said:
AAL's in the form of a bastard pack will beef up your leafs to perform better with shackles. I have an added stock Cherokee long leaf to my existing pack, and it was the best thing to do for them considering I also have a 1.5" shackle.
Donor leaf was already broken in, so no after install sag.
Netted a solid inch of lift, and the springs actually have a positive arch again.
Edit add:
The Fat Bob's BB looks better than the Skyjacker. Namely, the shackle looks beefier.
It is cheaper too.
