I am curious does anyone make shackles that will lift an XJ about 1/2"..Something similar in design to say the 1.5" teraflex shackles?

Those are the only ones that I have any experience with but I think there are others. I had a 96 XJ at one time and made a bastard pack for the rear leaf springs but needed another inch so bought a set of revolver shackles and got about 1.5" and that eventually settled to about an inch. Is that too tall for you?

Tomken is the only company I have seen that makes a 1/2" shackle.

No a budy of mine needs to add 1/2" to his rear end since he added a new bumper...1" is to much and we don't want to put on blocks...
Thanks xjjeepthing that is exactly what I am looking for..

A cheaper route.. but not a revolver shackle... would be to use a stock Comanche shackle. It will yield around 1/2 lift. Just make sure its not a Comanche Metric Ton shackle..

I think I have heard what whowey is saying too. I had forgotten about the MJ shackle. Don't know for sure as I have not seen it used on an XJ but the other forums I am on also say the same thing as whowey. So take it for what it is worth. If you find a set measure the length from bolt hole to bolt hole.
