Default Serpentine Belt postmortem....(and questions)

I never looked at the idler pulley's clearance before removing it. Here it is when I re-installed.
Should it be this close to the bracket? It seems awful close!

For the idler pulley, I was able to get a 5/8" wrench onto the bolt from underneath the car, and used a cheater bar.
I loosened the idler bolt only. And yes, I then realized that some ratcheting wrenches would be handy!

I have a 1998 with 125k miles. When I do my radiator, maybe I will replace the pulleys that should be.
Which pulleys are commonly changed out for preventative maintenance?

I had the tension at 180-200 lbs.

This one can easily be done by a beginner.
I really had to loosen the idler pulley even more to get the new belt back on.

This was the old belt:

"I had the tension at 180-200 lbs."

That is way too high. FSM says IIRC 80-100 lbs.

With the supercharger i have 100-110 lbs and no slip or sequel.

Can you double check?
Every online source tells me it's 180-200 lbs.
