selec trac in my 97 zj

my t case is really hard to get into low and when i get it into low its hard to get out and ideas .

Mine feels like it should be an easier transition too...I'm still working on figuring it out. When I do, I'll let you know...you do the same...Thanks

Are you putting your trans in nuetral and moving when you shift? My owners manuel says to do that when shifting to 4 lo. Its much harder to shift it if I dont do that.

yeah, I come to a complete stop, put it in neutral and shift...still seems a little sluggish. I think it maybe the clutch inside the t-case (if there is one) or that the linkage needs to oiled alot.
