can I swap the manual seats from a 94. into my 89 Cherokee. are the mounts the same??? and will the center console also fit. the 94 has cup holders. both are auto trans.

 

oh ya. my 89 has power seats. I don't want them.

 

Yes the seats will swap. In 95 the floor pan changed so the seat track and seat mount themselves changed. But you will have no issues with the 94 seats. If the cupholder on the 94 console is over the ebrake handle then that is an add on piece and can be swapped without changing the entire console. The XJ did not have cupholders molded into the console until 97.

 

that's good news. cause the 94 I'm getting an engine from, had seats that are in great condition. and I sure don't want power seats in my bush rig. and if memory serves me. the cup holders are next to the e-break. and the storage console is shorter. but. locks and is deeper. booya. tranny skid plate and gas tank also.
