so ive been running a two inch lift on my xj, i just got 4inch full packs for the rear to add to the rear shackle. but up front im looking for the cheapest way possible. would it be mechanically safe and sound to run two 2" spacers up front with 2" coils or leave the spacer and go with 4" coils.. or would i just have to go with long arms?

6 inch lift on a short arm is going to be really rough. And i wouldnt run two coil spacers together, especially if you plan to flex at all. Id go full 6 inch coils or atleast the 4 inch with the spacer.

well im not wheeling that often and here in arizona the most i do is sedona or flagstaff with my brother and his 4runner, so i use my jeep mostly for city driving. would the short arms make it ride real hard on the streets?
not gonna lie, im pretty new to the jeep scene.

you will mess up the spacers if you go that way and wont have a even ride up front check out fatbobsgarage.com they have full lift coils for about $130.00 or so bout the same you would pay for the spacers if not less and it would be the right ride hight but also remember after 3" of lift alot has to be changed besides the coils and so like the pitman arm swaybar connects transfer case drop just to list a few of the parts realy do your checking before you get in it to far the best thing to do is a full kit or a list of all needed parts and alot of shopping
