I have neither, but after like 2 years and 1 billions time for this question I'd say its 50/50. Rustys has higher freight and worse costumer service. Other than that People who buy Rustys seem to like Rustys, those who buy Rough Country like Rough Country. Both whis they had bought Rubicon Express. There are very few people out there who have bought kits from both.

um i would say rustys they know much more about the products they sell. I have a rough country lift with rustys parts here and there and by far like rustys far more.

also had a poor experience with RC i bought there 6.5 with short arms before they hard a long arm kit and it claimed that it could go to 8 inchs but only the controls arms did so you have to replace everything. They were kind enough to leave that part out when explaining to me that all i needed to do was just adjust out the uppers to correct the caster when putting on the 8 inch lift springs. I got angry because i kept having issues with the lift even after adjusting the caster and took it to a 4 wheel drive specialist and found out that my front driveline was bottomed out and putting pressure on my t case because you have to adjust out the lowers as well, also the trac bar was incorrect and the drop pitman arm.

Rough Country makes decent parts but costumer service is horrible atleast through me experiences also know very little about what they are selling. I mean i called and asked them how big of a drop pitman arm they use and they couldnt tell me; they couldnt even LOOK IT UP!!!!!!! where on the other hand every time i call rustys they have people who are extremely knowledgeable and wheel CHEROKEES they know about the parts and can tell you exactly how well they work and they did know how much of a drop pitman arm to use for all the lift kits they offer. Hands down much better quality from rustys over rough country

1 vote for rough country. but i used procomp full leaf packs. didn't use the AAL from the kit. but after 4 months of wheeling, i think my bushings are starting to creek a bit.
i don't think rusty's is any better.

I see Rusty's and RC as about the same quality. RC has great customer service and cheaper shipping, Rusty's shipping is outragus. I have RC 4.5 with new leaf packs and love it.. It was a little rough ride in the rear for about a couple weeks and then it softened out quite a bit. RC flexes well
