Probably runs to the vacuum reservoir ball behind the passenger side front bumper. Fix it.

i got it running now i changed the spark plugs and its runnin good now. i didnt see the vacuum reservoir ball plus the end of the line is clogged up

No foolin'? You mean changing the plugs you knew were bad all along fixed it? Whooda thunk it?
