Default Rubbing on the rockers :D

Got my 3 inch lift on and it completely eliminated the problem of my tires rubbing metal on the front wheel wells (my fault VERY offset wheels set out more than an inch from the flares ) Now with my 31s the front rubbing has been eleminated although a new rubbing on the rockers (i guess thats what it is, dont really know what else it would be....metal) has been created. It's already ate through the flares and its just barely rubbing when turning. SO my question is, is there any particular way you would go about solving this problem? My solution was gonna be a hammer and/or grinder.

Your lower control arms are to short. You need adjustable to push the axle back centered in the wheel well

yez....but im way too cheap for that Anything i would be removing wont be visible unless you look in the wheel wells which will be getting blacked out sometime here soon so it wont matter anymore. It's not rubbing anywhere near what it was before and im actually able to flex it out a little now. I believe the only reason its even rubbing at all is because of the knobby tires, the rubbing isnt really that noticeable and its causing zero damage to the tires.....its just i hate it when i have people in the jeep and they hear that and say WTF!? I mean they are barely rubbing, and i would only be taking a very small portion off so it no longer rubs, all im asking is what is the best way to go about removing it. Also....is there something to put on the metal so that if it still does rub a little that the tire just slides on it? like maybe some very strong plastic
