i put my shims on today and i noticed that my rpms are revving a little bit more than usual. is this normal? also when i turn going about 30 i her like a grinding sound or maybe rubbing? what is this?

Those shims will do nothing to change your RPMs.

what about the clunking? seems to happen while i turn..
