Default Rough running at start up

Ok so I moved the bottle behind my front bumper to under the hood and ever since I did that at start up it runs rough for a littler then clears up. Any idea why?

Probably have a leak someplace.
Is there still a line running next to the battery?
I had a really bad section of plastic hose there and it was leaking..

What year and model?
With bottle you mean the vacuum reservoir?
Make sure you got all lines still connected and check for leaks. If you relocating it gave you a problem, than first thing is: check the work done.
another reason for rough running on start up that clears after a little while: the engine clearing excess fuel from i.e. a leaking injector

If it ran fine before you moved it, it's likely you introduced a vacuum leak. Not sure about Renix but on my '98 the vacuum lines are hard plastic and prone to cracking, especially when you bend them out of the stock location.
