Did you check the connector that plugs into the Map sensor? That could be the issue.

I took it to the shop and he said my ecu was bad so he replaced it and I picked it up and it still ran like crap do he said he would work on it then told me that my number 5 cylinder was dead and had no compression

Sounds like a fuel pressure regulator. Pull the. Vacuum line off while running and as soon as you shut the key off. If it leaks fuel at all it's bad. $58 new.

Other than the fuel pressure regulator anybody have any other ideas I have replaced almost everything possible when it comes to sensors. I really don't wanna sell my baby lol but that's what it's coming down too

you really havent given us much to work with other than saying you replaced the map sensor and one O2. you said you put 400 into it, was that just the comp? and this sounds dumb, but youve done all the basics right? NEW plugs, cap, wire, and clean up the throttle body with some TB cleaner? its not like youre just throwing parts at it, those are basic tune up things that have made a difference before. The IAC can get carboned up and cause some related problems. and the guy who said there was no compression in 5, was it literally NONE or just low?
