Yes ,they are pretty good instructions. This was my first lift also and had no problem besides the rear upper shock bolts all broke off. Other than that it was pretty easy.I didn't have to unbolt the track bar or control arms. Just the front sway bar,that was it.

Are you referring to the instructions linked in post #20? I didn't see mention of removing a drive shaft. I also found them a bit confusing. There was no mention of the leaf springs, but there were pics of the spring. No pics were matched with the text, so you just had to get from them what you could.
Though there are no pics in THIS WRITE UP, it's a lot better in my opinion. He mentions that a longer track bar should be used or to straighten the stock one. I'm new to all this. I assume that is the bar that runs parallel to the front axle then over the front diff cover. This is the first time I've heard mention of it when looking at 3" lift info. What happens if you leave it stock?
