I have it, its worked well, but I think it might be sagging a little bit? Anyway check E-bay thats where I bought it.

Yes ,they are pretty good instructions. This was my first lift also and had no problem besides the rear upper shock bolts all broke off. Other than that it was pretty easy.I didn't have to unbolt the track bar or control arms. Just the front sway bar,that was it.

There was no mention of removing the drive shaft but he did in the pictures. Mine came with a spacer to drop the tack bar back down to stock height. You could go without relocating it with the spacer, but that would require longer drop pitman arms. If i am not mistaken. I could be wrong.
