I have dealt with them. In my experience they had really good customer service. I called them about 3 months after my order to tell them how awesome there front tow points were and they sent me a free shirt and some stickers for the heck of it.
Keep trying you never know what could be happening on there end.
I believe they also have a forum.

UPDATE
This is on there website:
Monday, January 11, 2010
In the past 5 days, since I announced that HiCountry Offroad would be closing, I have received emails from customers, friends, and supporters asking us for more products. I have been overwhelmed at the letters I have received. I had no idea that we were even on the radar. I am speechless at the amount of support and kind words we have received from people. Thank you.
Matt and I had lengthy discussions about closing the company and were able to reorganize the business such that we are going to make a go of it. We thought we had encountered a setback that would cause us to close, but other doors have been opened.
Please remember, we are real people, working in real jobs, trying to make a living. If you would like to talk to me, please call me at (931) 589-2584.
The only way to keep the ball rolling is the continued support from our customers and future customers. This company can only remain alive if people continue to do business with us.
The store is open.
We will not be keeping this website updated. Please visit store.hicountryoffroad.com to view our products and updates.
Sincerely,
Kelley M. Bush
Director of Operations
This was a great company I really hope they rebound but with this economy. Keep trying and i would give them a lil more time I am sure they will not screw you.

I'm hoping they don't go out of business. They make an awesome recovery hook bracket with 'D' ring mounts which I installed on my xj. I just added my own shackles. It was a relatively simple install.

went to put on the one of the pass side mounts they sent me and imagine that it didnt line up right, found that out after i broke all my sway bar bolts and having it swing down and nail me right in the side of the head, about another inch and it woulda hit me in the sweet spot right behind the ear and knocked me out. god i cant wait to get rid of these things!!!
