Default Rough Country 2.2 Shocks???

Im ordering shocks today and i havent really recieved any feedback from anyone... I think I want to go with the RC 2.2's which are about $200 shipped. Does anyone have any suggestions, or has anyone ran these??? Maybe something else with a little more bang for the buck???

Thanks!

I just got the Skyjacker Nitro shocks from QuadraTec, you get 4 and a $35 rebate from them. I love the Nitro shocks and they make my jeep ride awesome. Here is the link...Tj

I had the factory lift kit shocks from Rough Country and they rode HARD on bumps but the Nitro ones are chambered and ride smooth IMO...Tj

i heard the 2.2s were a step up from their twin tube shocks, so at that price it may be worth it.

I called rough country and they won't budge on the $199. Price... I think I may do the skyjackers because they are cheaper... I do a lot of hwy driving. About 40-45 miles per day 6 days a week... So a nice ride is important...

You think spending the $200 would be worth it over the skyjackers?

well if you want a nice ride, yes. all the white body twin tube shocks are the same. if comfort is a must for you, i would go with the 2.2s or throw in some more cash for some Bilstein 5100s.

i like my doestch dt 8000s.

Think they were like $208 to my door

They improved my ride quality in the rear and i had monroe sensatracs on. and they are custom made to your lift height
