I made mine and like them only 80 bucks they are really plain but have taken some shots that would have wreacked my doors and body ( sorry no action pics I am on my I phone right now and can't post pics )

with out frame stiffeners, mount the entire length of the pinch seam, then mount in 2 or 3 places on the unibody, most have a front mount (piece of 3x3 angle that is about 6-8" long with 4-6 bolts or welded) then some people choose to mount another 3x3 angle in the center, then most will mount the 3x3 angle on the rear that also ties into the front leaf spring mount. off of those mounts you run box or round tube as close to the unibody as you can, on the top of those you mount a piece of small square tube to mount to the pinch seam. I will draw something up in paint really quick.

you can kinda get the concept in these pictures.... if you want more help i will actually draw something lol

i figured thats how you would mount it to the frame, but howd you get the bolts in the frame and im just lost on the entire pinch seam thing
