RNEIX EGR TUBE
Hey all,
I have an 88 Xj
Recently the manifold cracked in two spots so I did as one does and replaced the manifold.
well I’m putting the O2 sensor and the Egr tube in and the EGR tube doesn’t want to line up. When it gets snug it’s almost a full 25 degrees off where it should sit.
any suggestions? I’d rather not delete the EGR system (as much as it pains me to say)

When I replaced mine on my '88, I couldn't get the tube out of the intake manifold. So I installed the exhaust manifold end loosely in the exhaust manifold, then maneuvered the manifold back onto the head.
