right rear drum makes ratcheting noise!!!!!
When I start moving from a dead stop, my right rear drum or in the area makes a ratcheting noise. Any ideas? And also my front speakers are glitching in and out when I hit any bumps or when I hit the brakes, but I don't think its the wiring in the door and I know its not the wiring behind the stereo. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks guys.
Matt.

When is the last time you replaced the drums hardware? Springs, self adjuster, shoes etc...
My first guess would be that your problem is the return springs not having enough spring left in them to be fully releasing your brakes when you let off the pedal.
As for the speakers, if the wiring and connections are all good then it is most likely the coil inside the speaker itself. In that case unless the speakers are new and under warrenty, it's time to buy new speakers and an upgrade in your audio system to match the performance you want from it.

Jack rear and support rear with jack stand.
Remove wheels
Inspect drums and pads
(i suspect they are binding)
Replace and grease as necessary

Did you inspect and replace any sticking e-brake components or the self adjusters with the rest of the hardware? Are your ubolts tight and leaf spring clamps secure? Maybe a lose spring pack seperating and unloading when let off the brake?
I'm just throwing ideas out there.
