I had this problem before and did the cad bypass to "defy Chrysler engineering", but now im wondering what would cause the tire not to spin. It slowly "drags". I threw her up on stands and tried the 4wd, and the right wheel will sort of spin on acceleration. I know its an open differential so it will choose the easiest path to send the energy, but what could cause this? Brake Drag?
If it was brake drag wouldnt i hear somethin or feel somethin?
Anyways thanks for any help yall can give!

Yup, brake drag. That wheel must be a little tighter than the others.
Try rotating each wheel by hand, I bet that one is the hardest to turn. Could be seized caliper, or caliper not free to slide back and forth on the mounting bolts, or maybe even just the pads jammed on the rails.
